THE ROLE

Responsibilities and activities

Excellent clinical work matters. So does communication, reliability and the determination to help every patient succeed.

Do everything reasonably possible to achieve the best outcome for every patient.

Help patients achieve their agreed clinical, health and lifestyle outcomes within the planned timeframe.

Develop long-term patient relationships that benefit both the patient and the clinic.

Confidently communicate the value of our services and your clinical expertise.

Support patients to attend their treatments as scheduled.

Provide outstanding customer care that encourages patients to continue and complete their recovery plans.

Increase referrals by consistently delivering excellent care and service.

Be willing to provide appropriate home-treatment visits when required.

Ensure every patient completes an agreed plan of care.

Keep all clinical notes accurate and up to date.

Participate in and help develop our in-house educational programme for physiotherapists.

Support in-clinic workshops, trade shows and other marketing events.

Contribute professionally to the clinic’s social-media activities.

Make patient follow-up calls and reconnect with patients who have dropped off their schedule.
