We are recruiting a full-time Marketing and Growth Coordinator to help grow our brand and connect our rapidly expanding clinic with more people who need physiotherapy care.

The ideal candidate has a track record of growing a brand, developing marketing plans and driving online and offline strategy. You should understand digital marketing—especially Facebook and Instagram—write confidently, support email marketing, and help promote our online programmes, seminars and workshops.

SKILLS REQUIRED

What you will bring

A balance of communication, organization, commercial thinking and hands-on digital marketing ability.

A deep understanding of the company’s target market, unique selling proposition and services.

The confidence to hold meaningful phone conversations with prospective patients for twenty minutes or longer.

The knowledge and empathy to answer questions and address objections when a caller is considering becoming a patient.

A sound understanding of direct-response marketing.

Excellent organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills.

The ability to write effective marketing and basic sales copy.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong skills in Word, Outlook, Publisher and Excel, including working with databases and spreadsheets.

The ability to produce reports for marketing initiatives.

The ability to format marketing communications, emails and sales letters professionally.

The discipline to create schedules, meet deadlines and ensure planned work is completed on time.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

What you will own

You will turn plans into consistent campaigns, conversations, appointments and measurable growth.

Generate leads and support patient acquisition through Facebook and Instagram.

Coordinate newsletters with colleagues and designers, ensuring printable content is ready on time.

Use our CRM and email-marketing platform to develop automated funnels and webinars.

Upload online content and work with our web designer to keep the website current.

Manage social-media channels and coordinate the timely production of useful content and resources.

Write emails and blog content for our in-house audience list.

Coordinate the creation and online publishing of videos.

Call clients and ensure they are seen and booked for appointments.

Create and implement a successful social-media calendar covering written and video content.

Provide weekly marketing reports and ensure agreed initiatives are executed well.

Convert new leads into assessment and evaluation visits, helping them confidently begin care.

CORE PERFORMANCE GOAL

Consistent, qualified growth

Acquire at least five qualified leads or new clients each week through channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, physicians, newsletters, newspapers, events, workshops, promotions and professional networking.
